1894an, Biarritzek, hondartzen erreginak eta erregeen hondartzak, luxuaren eta modaren tenplu berri bat hartu zuen, Askatasunaren plazan, gaur egun Clemenceau plaza izena duena.<\/p>\n

\u201cBiarritz Bonheur\u201dek bere ateak ireki zituen BABeko geltokiaren ondoko lokal zabaletan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Biarritz Bonheur handitu eta lekualdatu zen. Denda berria 1903ko abuztuaren 5ean inauguratu zen. XX.<\/sup> mendearen hasieran, marka Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Fran\u00e7aise des Nouvelles Galeries-ek erosi zuen.
Arkitektura-moldaketa ugari ezarri ziren. <\/p>\n

1999an, Galeries Lafayette marka zentroaren izenaren ondoan jarri zen. Baina Biarritz Bonheur izenak biarroten bihotzetan jarraitzen du oihartzuna. <\/p>\n

Biarritz modaren historian sartu zen Eug\u00e9nie enperatrizak, Napoleon III.aren emazteak, 1854an udako oporleku bihurtu zuenean. Presentzia inperial honek Europako elitea erakarri zuen, Biarritz joera-leku bihurtuz, non goi-gizarteak bere jantzi ederrenak erakusten zituen. <\/p>\n
